Common questions
Every visit has a service call fee that covers travel and diagnosis. Marshall will let you know the fee when he follows up on your request. If the equipment service requires parts or extra repair time, he'll talk through the cost with you. He works efficiently and keeps the repair to what's needed.
It depends on the machine. If it is near the end of its useful life, or the repair would cost more than it's worth, Marshall will tell you. He'll help you weigh repairing against replacing.
Most can. Equipment that has gone a long time without maintenance may not run as it should, even after a repair. Some major repairs are beyond what can be done on-site and need to go through a dealer or the manufacturer. Marshall will explain what he finds so you can decide what to do.
It can. Small engines wear, and a problem that's been fixed can show up again later, so a repair can't guarantee the machine will keep running. Marshall will explain what to watch for and suggest ways to help your equipment last longer.
