We also record the date and time of the request, the page it came from and your IP address, which help us prevent spam and keep a record of any consent you give.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request and schedule and complete the repair. If you check a box to receive email or text updates, we also use your contact information to send occasional updates and offers.

Email and text updates

Email and text updates are optional and are never required to request service. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Services we use

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and handle requests:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from people rather than automated programs. Turnstile is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
• Brevo delivers request notifications to us and stores contact information and consent records. If you opt in, Brevo is also used to send email or text updates.

These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

How long we keep it

We keep request and contact information for as long as it is useful for serving you, or until you ask us to delete it.
